Our Step-By-Step Process:

We’ve outlined the steps below so you know exactly what to expect when buying a home. *This is a brief summary for illustrative purposes only and may not include all necessary steps.

  • We take your loan application and you submit documents.

  • We review your loan options.

  • On case-by-case basis, we will submit your docs for full loan approval as part of the pre-approval process.

  • Submit offers/go under contract, Pre-approval letter, consultation with Chris, buyers’ agents, and buyers. The borrower must be pre-approved first.

  • We’ll finalize your application and you’ll submit updated documents if not already conditionally approved.

  • Conditional approval and appraisal (you may be asked to submit more documents) if not already conditionally approved through TBD approval. The borrower must be pre-approved first.

    • Review & sign the initial closing disclosure (CD)

    • Clear to close!

    • Wire funds for closing

    • The borrower must be pre-approved first.

    • Final closing disclosure (CD)

    • Loan Funds! Congrats!
