We take your loan application and you submit documents.

On case-by-case basis, we will submit your docs for full loan approval as part of the pre-approval process.

Submit offers/go under contract, Pre-approval letter, consultation with Chris, buyers’ agents, and buyers. The borrower must be pre-approved first.

We’ll finalize your application and you’ll submit updated documents if not already conditionally approved.

Conditional approval and appraisal (you may be asked to submit more documents) if not already conditionally approved through TBD approval. The borrower must be pre-approved first.

Review & sign the initial closing disclosure (CD)
